Our oils typically have a shelf life of 12–18 months, depending on the ingredient. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to retain freshness.
No. We are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. None of our products are tested on animals.
Yes. Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹1000 incur a shipping charge between ₹100–₹300, based on location.
Delivery usually takes:
- 2–4 days in metro cities
- 3–6 days in Tier 2 & 3 cities
- 5–8 days in remote areas

Currently, we only deliver within India. We are working on expanding internationally soon.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay — a secure payment gateway.
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through certified gateways. We do not store any card or payment information.
Currently, COD is not available. We only accept prepaid orders for hygiene and security reasons.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please email us at support@rasyah.in within 24 hours with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
