Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered in a damaged condition, is defective, or if there is an error in the product received. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@rasyah.in or +91 9108614476 with your order number and clear photo, video evidence of the issue. Our team will verify and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Products must be unused, sealed, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
