Shipping Policy

At Rasyah Naturals, we are committed to delivering your organic oil products quickly and reliably across India. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1000/-, and for orders below ₹1000/-, a shipping charge between ₹100 to ₹300 will apply based on your delivery location and order weight. Estimated delivery times range from 2–6 business days. Though delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If a shipment is undelivered and returned to us (due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept), we will contact you to reconfirm and arrange re-shipping upon payment of applicable charges. If you prefer to cancel in such cases, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping cost. In the rare event of product damage, leakage, or incorrect item delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic or video evidence for verification. We will arrange a return pickup or provide a suitable resolution through replacement or refund. Please note that returns due to change of mind are not accepted, as our organic oils are sealed for quality and hygiene.
